Серия цифровых осциллографов TDS6000 предоставляет непревзойденную производительность, широкая полоса пропускания, высокая скорость выборки, большой объем памяти гибкие и мощные инструменты анализа обеспечивают лидирующие позиции на рынке осциллографов максимальной функциональности. Осциллографы TDS6000C обладают уникальной архитектурой сбора обеспечивающей скорость выборки 40 GS/s и глубину памяти 64Mb для двух каналов работающих одновременно, (20GS/s с глубиной 32 Mb на каждый канал при одновременной работе 4-х каналов) традиционно определяя тем самым новые стандарты для осциллографов High-end класса. Возможность использование DSP селективных фильтров на каждом канале позволяет выполнять фазовую и магнитудную коррекцию, расширяя тем самым аналоговую полосу частот до 15ГГц. Фильтр DSP для каждого канала может быть активирован/деактивирован пользователем, для наиболее полного использования преимуществ истинной полосы пропускания 12 ГГц необходимой для анализа высокоскоростных сигналов.
